Highlight (Status) Report Template

A highlight, or status, report is a means of keeping the project board, the key stakeholders and the project team aligned on exactly where the project is in terms of status. Often written by the project manager, distributed to the relevant stakeholders, reviewed, and then agreed at a project board.
