Project Plan Template

A project plan describes the key aspects of a project; what, how, and when it will be delivered. It is not simply a Gantt chart or schedule. A Gantt chart is a subset of the overall project plan which comprises the budget, resources, timeline, products and the basis on which the plan was built.
